The assessor adheres to Data Protection Guidance and is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals. Accordingly, all personal data collected will be subject to the Privacy Policy, West London Dyslexia is the sole trader business of Nina Devereux, a dyslexia assessor and specialist teacher. Nina is the data controller for West London Dyslexia and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), reference number: ZB578854
Privacy Statement
The data clients provide will be used only for the diagnositc assessment and will not be shared with any other parties. Clients have the right to see what data West London Dyslexia holds on their child and to request that any data held is deleted. What Information Does West London Dyslexia collect ?
It collects names, addresses, dates of birth, email addresses and background information in the form of questionnaires on the child being assessed or tutored in order to provide diagnostic dyslexia assessments and specialist dyslexia tutoring.
How Does West London Dyslexia Collect Data?
Personal data is collected by way of questionnaires completed by parents and schoo as well as emails.
How Does West London Dyslexia Store Data?
Following the assessment and the compilation of the diagnostic assessment report, all client questionnaires, all raw data test sheets and all other personal data will be permanently deleted/destroyed. Your diagnostic assessment report will be held for 5 years. During this time you will be able to ask for an electronic copy of the report.
Does West London Dyslexia Share Data?
Personal data will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
